Reproduce or copy the Site or any portion of it for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary information of 1Security.
Use meta tags or hidden text utilising 1Security’s name or trademarks without permission.
Impose unreasonable load on the infrastructure of the Site or related systems or networks.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to it.
Misuse or interfere with the integrity, availability, or security of the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Services or related systems.

Use of the Services and privacy

Services. 1Security makes the Services available for your internal business purposes subject to the applicable order form. The Services are not for resale and we will process content solely in accordance with your instructions.
1. General: use of the Services is governed by the functionalities detailed in your order form. We may provide implementation assistance, but final configuration decisions remain with you.
2. Services configuration: you are responsible for configuring the Services to meet your requirements, subject to platform capabilities or limitations.
3. Future functionality: your purchase is not contingent on the delivery of future features or statements about potential functionality.
Access to the Services. 1Security provides hosted, cloud-based Services that require reliable network connectivity and a supported browser. You are responsible for securing the equipment and internet connection needed to access the Services.
Support. We provide support as described in the applicable order form and may update our practices with written notice, provided the overall support level is not materially reduced.

Use of materials

All materials on the Site (“Materials”) are provided by 1Security or our third-party providers and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or display the Materials without prior written consent from 1Security or the relevant third party.

Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your systems. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@1security.ai if you suspect unauthorised access or a security incident.

Purchases and additional terms

Additional terms may apply to specific purchases or features. Those terms control where they conflict with these Terms for the relevant portion of the Services. 1Security may change products, services, or prices at any time without notice, and materials on the Site may be updated accordingly.

Communications

By using the Site or Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from 1Security. Electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
